Green County Agriculture Land Values

Wisconsin Agriculture land sold without buildings, increased 1% in value from 2009 to 2010, but has declined 17.8% from it’s high in 2006. The value of WI farmland sold with buildings decreased 3.3% from 2009 to 2010. In Green County Ag land sold without buildings sold for an average price of $3,535/acre in 2010, down 3.4% from 2009 levels. Farmland sold in Green County that included buildings averaged $4,643 in 2010 up 2.9% from 2009. Forest land in Green County sold for an average of $2,620/acre in 2010, down 11.1% from 2009.
